Robin did a superb job! We are extremely happy with the work he did. From beginning to end he was very professional and made us feel well taken care of. We called for him to come and clean our air ducts but upon his initial inspection of the ac unit he let us know that the coils were also dirty. He let us know prices upfront before doing any work. Super clean when working, again, from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Robin. He was professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Robin in confident in his work. My husband and I had some concerns about pet dander (from the previous home owner) and how it would affect our baby girl, and he was very reassuring. He is dedicated, walks you through every step of what he does and explains why he does it. He takes before and after pictures too! Once he is done cleaning/sanitizing your vents/ducts, he goes back and vacuums all the dust and gunk that is left from the vents around your home. He takes his time and does not rush through the job. He is personable and hard working. We would recommend him 1000%.

A friend recommended NMR cleaning to me for rug cleaning. Robin did a great job on the rugs and he also removed stains from my couch that a different company previously couldn’t remove. I can easily give NMR 5 stars. I heard about the company from a neighbor who had used them. Robin was prompt, courteous, and professional. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me thru the whole duct cleaning process. While he was here he checked my dryer vent. What a mess that was but he cleaned it all out. He even went on my 2 story roof to check the dryer vent on roof. Thank you Robin! I’ll be calling him when I’m ready to get my carpet cleaned next.

Wonderful experience! Robin was prompt and extremely friendly. He put on a mask, gloves and booties before entering my home. He diagnosed the problem and stayed until he knew for sure that it was resolved and the HVAC system was working properly. He had professional equipment and was very neat. His fee was reasonable.
